- status · reviewed: Every nonblank row and all 1,890 scientific-name designation rows in the 50 state sheets plus the District of Columbia sheet are terminally accounted. Plant assertions publish only for unique exact scientific or accepted-name identities at the same rank; Qualified seed-kind and identity-note rows fail closed. Connecticut, Delaware, New Mexico, New York, and Virginia currently have no publishable strict plant-owner match, but retain complete sheet counts, source identity, and terminal review dispositions.
Revised July 2026 state labeling requirements and prohibitions for noxious-weed seed. This source answers a seed-material question only. It does not establish whole-plant possession, planting, nursery-sale, transport, ecological-invasive, product, or fire status.
