The useful experience for this directory is committee work, not a listing program. Since 2014 he has sat on homeowners association boards and architectural review committees in Bend master-planned communities, including as HOA president and as a declarant representative. That is plan review, landscape and construction standards, and the gap between what a drawing says and what a listing or the adopted code actually requires.

Discovery West is a Firewise USA recognized neighborhood. He serves on its Architectural Review Committee (since 2018) and Firewise committee, and on the Discovery West Homeowners Association board (since 2019). He also sits on the NorthWest Crossing Community Center Association board. Earlier seats include the NorthWest Crossing Architectural Review Committee and HOA boards or presidencies at Canyon Rim Village, NorthPointe, ValleyView, and Felspar Park.

That is why this site treats a 25 June 2026 Central Oregon seminar as event testimony (date and named departments), not as a Building Codes Division ruling, and why it will not scrape private community exhibits onto a public page. If a public source does not contain the claim, the claim does not ship.
