Florida
Program and model
No statewide construction book — sourced
One local briefing, built from separate evidence layers: what the state has published, where an instrument is documented to apply, what still depends on a map or project fact, and which plant records are documented in Florida. A ZIP personalizes priority; it does not decide a parcel boundary.
What is established here
Florida does not adopt a statewide WUI construction book. F.S. 553.73(7) updates the Florida Building Code from the IBC, IFGC, IEBC, IMC, IPC, IRC, NEC, and IECC. IWUIC is not on that list. The Florida Fire Prevention Code is a separate NFPA path. Confirm with the building official.
What is not established
A ZIP in Florida is a postal match, not a parcel, map, or permit. No city or county briefing is open here yet.
