Minnesota adopts the 2018 IBC, chapters 2 through 35, and deletes every appendix — a precise adoption with no wildfire interface book in it. So the wildfire answer is the baseline every unadopted state shares, set out at what applies to your house.
Nothing local is sourced on wildfire construction, and what we can't tell you yet is content to say only that.

What applies in Minnesota
Minnesota does not adopt a statewide WUI construction book. Minnesota Rules 1305.0011 adopts the 2018 IBC, chapters 2 through 35, and deletes all IBC appendices. IWUIC is not that rule. Confirm with the building official.
