Listing 8160-2022:0008 places these preservative-treated pine profiles in OSFM's horizontal-projection-underside category. The stated minimum thickness is ¾ inch, and the width is 6 inches or wider. Beneath the boards, the assembly includes 1/2-inch regular gypsum board. That backing is an explicit part of the construction.
The pattern numbers distinguish the covered V-Rustic forms, but they do not replace the material and dimensional conditions. Keep the pine treatment, thickness, width and gypsum together when comparing an eaves proposal. A V-Rustic appearance on its own would leave the backing and board requirements unanswered.
