Prescott 2024 IWUIC Class 3 one-hour eave path
Prescott adds material approved for at least one-hour fire-resistance-rated construction as one protection path for the exposed underside of Class 3 eaves and soffits.
A documented duration can support this path, but the evidence must cover the eave or soffit construction. Complete underside protection, fascia backing, City risk class, project trigger, and official approval remain checks.
