Table 1 names 15 common perennial plants used in greenstrips and gives characteristics important to establishment and use. Listed = recommend only within the recorded northern Nevada greenstrip placement. Fourteen rows fit the current taxon-rank schema; Poa canbyi is held out because its exact GBIF match resolves to a subspecies rank the schema cannot represent.

Tier 1 extension curation with stated selection requirements: adaptation, establishment amid annual weeds, separated growth, low mature height, low fuel production, long green period, post-burn survival, and grazing tolerance.
