Vermont's adopted list runs through NFPA 101 and NFPA 1, IBC 2021, NEC 2023, and IPC 2024 — a fire-safety-forward shelf with no wildfire interface book on it. What applies to your house is the model floor plus the programs.

Vermont does not adopt a statewide WUI construction book. The Division of Fire Safety’s October 2025 adopted-codes list is NFPA 101, NFPA 1, IBC 2021, the National Board Inspection Code, NEC 2023, and IPC 2024, plus named NFPA and ASME standards. IWUIC is not on that list. Confirm with the building official.
