Appendix B is a 12-row table headed “Common plant material options for greenstrips.” Listed = recommend only within the recorded greenstrip placement; the rows are not unconditional home-landscape recommendations. The crested-wheatgrass row names two alternative species and therefore resolves to two exact GBIF evidence owners.

Tier 1 agency synthesis with an explicit operational selection framework. The note says greenstrip materials should be selected primarily for adaptation and persistence, and that establishment and maintenance can include site preparation, grazing deferment, grazing, mowing, or herbicide.
