Virginia's Uniform Statewide Building Code adopts IBC 2021, chapters 2 through 35, with referenced standards applying only to the extent each reference prescribes — and no wildfire interface book among them. Wildfire construction therefore answers to the common national layer, which what applies to your house lays out.
Nothing county-level is sourced for wildfire construction; what we can't tell you yet is deliberately brief.
