Rhode Island does not adopt a statewide WUI construction book. 510-RICR-00-00-1 (RISBC-1) adopts the 2021 IBC as the Rhode Island Building Code, with other RICR parts covering the dwelling, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, fuel gas, and existing-building codes. IWUIC is not those regulations. Confirm with the building official.
