New Hampshire's RSA 155-A:1 adopts the international family and the electrical code, updating to the 2024 editions effective 1 July 2026 — with no wildfire interface book at either edition. What applies to your house stays on the model floor plus the programs.
Not a single town-level wildfire enactment is on file, and what we can't tell you yet is brief on purpose.

What applies in New Hampshire
New Hampshire does not adopt a statewide WUI construction book. RSA 155-A:1, IV, as published by the Division of Fire Safety, adopts IBC, IEBC, IPC, IMC, IECC, ISPSC, IRC, and NEC. Effective 1 July 2026 the same families update to 2024 I-Codes (2018 IECC, 2023 NEC). IWUIC is not on that list. Confirm with the building official.
