New Hampshire does not adopt a statewide WUI construction book. RSA 155-A:1, IV, as published by the Division of Fire Safety, adopts IBC, IEBC, IPC, IMC, IECC, ISPSC, IRC, and NEC. Effective 1 July 2026 the same families update to 2024 I-Codes (2018 IECC, 2023 NEC). IWUIC is not on that list. Confirm with the building official.
