Versadeck Versaplank is an extruded-aluminum deck surface with two profiles and a coated Class A / I fire-test result.
Versadeck identifies the product as non-interlocking plank decking for residential and commercial outdoor decks. It comes in R-40 and C-60 profiles, respectively 1 inch and 1.5 inches tall, and both use a 60–80 mil polyurea coating that the manufacturer describes as Class A fire rated.
For the coated plank, Versadeck’s fire-test table reports a flame-spread value of 15 and a smoke-density value of 30. The table places that result in NFPA Class A and IBC Class I, whose stated flame-spread range is 0 through 25. This is a flame-spread and smoke-density classification, not an ASTM E136 noncombustible listing.
Those findings describe the plank material, coating, dimensions, and role as the walking surface. They do not establish an exact-product wildfire listing or compliance for a complete installed deck assembly. Versajoist is separate framing, not the walking surface.
