2024 IWUIC Class 1 and 2 noncombustible appendage path
The unamended 2024 IWUIC model code includes approved noncombustible materials as one path for attached unenclosed accessory structures and projections such as decks.
This record covers a documented noncombustible deck product only. Attachment, structure, walking-surface coating, underfloor enclosure, slope, and local amendments remain separate checks.
