Oregon R327 noncombustible walking-surface path

Where locally adopted, Oregon R327 includes noncombustible material as one path for deck, porch, and balcony walking surfaces in the section's height band.

This record covers only the noncombustible path for a documented deck surface. The code's height band, small-deck lumber exception, other test and material paths, wall-covering conditions, structure, stairs, and underfloor protection remain separate checks.
