Envision Ridge Premium's square-edge decking is listed with a specified joist layout and maximum gap.
The handbook's Ridge Premium listing 8110-2044:0501 describes square edges with bottom flutes and material sized 7/8 by 5-1/2 inches. Boards attach to nominal 2-by-6-inch Douglas fir joists at 16-inch centers. The gap between boards must not exceed 1/8 inch.
OSFM records Class B flame spread and SFM 12-7A-4A for that construction. The gap limit and supporting joists belong with the board identification, rather than being optional alternatives to matching its dimensions.
Use the manufacturer's instructions and product data sheets to check the square-edge installation. The retained BML description also names grooved edges; matching a grooved purchase requires confirmation of that exact configuration in GOVmotus, without assuming every detail from the handbook's square-edge assembly transfers to it.
