EverGrain's listed composite deck board has an attached-wall requirement and conflicting published thickness descriptions.
OSFM's 8110-2044:0002 description specifies a board 1-7/16 inches thick by 5-1/2 inches wide. The Intertek report disagrees on thickness. Ask the supplier to reconcile those descriptions with the board being supplied and the current listing before specification.
OSFM identifies SFM 12-7A-4A as the test protocol and prints Class C Flame Spread for this EverGrain product. Carry that exact class into a comparison; it is not a rating for every Envision board.
The attached exterior wall covering must be noncombustible or ignition-resistant. That condition accompanies the deck listing even though the wall covering is a different part of the construction. Check the wall covering alongside the board specification, using Envision's installation instructions and product data sheets.
