Arbor Wood's pine decking is listed for wildfire-area use with an attached-wall condition and no ASTM E84 test result.
OSFM listing 8110-2392:0003 describes pine exterior deck boards measuring one inch by 5.25 inches, fastened to nominal two-by-six-inch southern yellow pine joists. It identifies SFM 12-7A-4A as the test protocol.
The handbook then adds a condition that matters where the deck meets the building: the attached exterior wall covering must be noncombustible or ignition-resistant. It also states that ASTM E84 was not conducted. The listing therefore cannot supply an E84 flame-spread result for a specification that asks for one.
For this pine assembly, check the board dimensions, supporting joists and attached-wall material together. Arbor Wood's installation instructions and product data sheets supply the installation guidance referenced by the listing. Before specifying the deck, verify the exact product in the live BML record and keep the wall condition in the project requirements. The listed status belongs to that conditioned assembly.
