Colorado CWRC noncombustible eave. The 2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code includes noncombustible material as one exposed underside protection path for Class 2 eaves and soffits.

  • Voluntary program IBHS Base six-inch wall-base protection — The current IBHS Base standard specifies at least six vertical inches of noncombustible material at the base of exterior walls.
