Eaves in Ashland

Local adoption Ashland adopted ORSC R327. This is the rule.

For Ashland eaves, the requirement for Ashland eaves is ORSC R327 noncombustible underside. On Ashland eaves, it is shown as adopted. Read the Ashland eaves rule, then compare 1 matched Ashland eaves product.

Before Ashland eaves work begins, review Ashland eaves project checks. Those Ashland eaves checks flag scope still to confirm. The Ashland eaves links keep the rule and product list together.

The rule

Adopted “The exposed underside of rafter or truss eaves and enclosed soffits, where any portion of the framing is less than 12 feet (3658 mm) above grade or similar surface below, shall be protected by one of the following: 1. Noncombustible material.”

ORSC R327 noncombustible underside. Where locally adopted, Oregon R327 includes noncombustible material as one protection path for specified eaves, soffits, patio and porch ceilings, floor projections, and underfloor areas.
