Infinity's Single Hung California Fire Glass option combines one annealed pane with one tempered pane; the window is not fire-rated.

The named option matters. Infinity describes California Fire Glass as a two-pane configuration, while its TriVue triple-pane configuration is different. A quote for an Infinity Single Hung window therefore needs to identify the California Fire Glass option explicitly; the window family name or a pane count alone does not confirm the tempered pane.

The manufacturer's glass description documents that combination and also states that Infinity windows are not fire-rated. Keep both statements attached to the order. Verify the actual glazing option and its labeling, then check the frame, opening, and installation separately against the project requirements. The documented pane combination is useful evidence about the glass being selected, rather than a finding about every part of the installed window.
