The rule

Adopted “Exterior windows, windows within exterior doors, and skylights shall be tempered glass, multilayered glazed panels, glass block or have a fire-resistance rating of not less than 20 minutes.”

Oregon R327 multilayered glazing. Where locally adopted, Oregon R327 includes multilayered glazed panels as one exterior-glazing path.
