The rule

Adopted “Gutters shall be provided with an approved means to prevent the accumulation of leaves and debris in the gutter and be constructed of a non-corrosive and non-combustible material.”

Austin Zones A–C gutter noncorrosive material. Austin retains the model noncombustible gutter-and-downspout rule and separately requires gutter material to be noncorrosive and noncombustible in all three proximity zones.
