Oregon R327 profiled-roof ember-closure path

Where locally adopted, Oregon R327 requires spaces between a roof covering and roof deck to resist flame and ember intrusion, be fireblocked, or use the named cap-sheet path.

A documented closure component addresses only the profile-space detail. The roof covering, deck, cap sheet or fireblocking, fasteners, and installation geometry remain separate checks for the building official.
