Oregon R327 Class B-or-better roof-assembly path
Where locally adopted, Oregon R327 allows named roof coverings or other approved roofing deemed equivalent to at least a Class B-rated roof assembly.
This record matches a documented Class A or Class B roof assembly. The code also names covering types that the building official may accept as equivalent and separately prohibits wood shingle and shake roofs. A covering name alone does not document the assembly.
