Colorado CWRC immediate-zone noncombustible hardscape path
The 2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code names noncombustible hard surfaces for the Class 1 Immediate Zone, inherited by Class 2.
A product material can address the hardscape line. The five-foot zone, continuity, vegetation, debris, movable items, mapped class, and local adoption remain parcel facts.
Published requirement text
“Use noncombustible, hard surface materials in this zone, such as rock, gravel, sand, concrete, bare earth or stone/concrete pavers.”
