The rule

Adopted “Gutters and downspouts shall be constructed of noncombustible material.”

2006 Utah UWUI Class 1–2 gutters. The 2006 Utah UWUI requires noncombustible gutters and downspouts in Class 1 and Class 2 construction, but prints no matching Class 3 gutter section.
